An exciting opportunity for an experienced Rural Surveyor to join one of the most respected teams in the UK, supporting the management and growth of a high-value rural portfolio in Scotland. This is a senior leadership position for someone ready to take full responsibility for the delivery of rural estate and land management services, while playing a key role in driving client strategy and future growth.

Role OverviewA key senior appointment within a multidisciplinary rural team, this role will focus primarily on full-spectrum estate management for a long-standing client.You'll be supported by in-house experts across surveying, buildings, environment, and finance, and work directly with a respected portfolio of let farms, rural residential, commercial assets, and environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities* Lead the estate management of a key portfolio with full autonomy* Handle rent reviews, lease negotiations, maintenance projects, and dispute resolution* Guide the strategic direction of the estate alongside senior stakeholders* Collaborate with internal specialists across planning, building surveying, farming, natural capital and rural finance* Ensure compliance with all internal and client governance standards* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region

What You'll Need* MRICS qualified - rural pathway (10+ years PQE ideal)* Proven experience managing diverse rural asset portfolios* Excellent communication and relationship management skills* Strong leadership and delegation ability* CAAV or SAAVA membership beneficial
