RTA Team Leader - G2 Legal Limited : Job Details

The leading Defendant insurance firm in Liverpool City Centre has an excellent opening for a Team Leader in its much vaunted Motor/RTA department.  

You will be tasked with effectively and efficiently managing a team dealing with pre-litigated defendant RTA claims from inception to settlement. As the Team Leader you will be responsible for motivating and mentoring the claims handlers and carrying out one-to-one reviews, auditing files and ensuring all targets/metrics are achieved. 

Ideally, you will have managed a team previously, deputy team leaders are also encouraged to apply. It is essential that you have an amount of experience in running motor/RTA claims from start to finish as you will be training junior staff to do the same.
