RTA / Litigation Paralegal

Salary up to £35k

Are you an RTA Paralegal / Fee Earner seeking an exciting new challenge to work within a growing and expanding legal team based in Bolton? The role will involve undertaking of the following: -

• Claimant RTA
• Person Injury
• Pre-litigation and Litigation
• Claimant Credit Hire

Do you have experience dealing with:

- Claims Portal

- Use of Proclaim or similar case management systems

- MOJ or OIC

- Fast and multi-track claims

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 2 years previous Litigation experience in a similar RTA role, dealing with Personal Injury Litigation cases.

Knowledge of credit hire, recovery, storage and liability arguments are very desirable, though not essential.

Duties of the RTA / Litigation Paralegal

-Managing and handling own litigated caseload of RTA claims

-The caseload will typically consist of mainly Fast Track and Multi-track litigated credit hire files with a small number of small claims credit hire files.

- Proactively managing your own workload and daily tasks

- Use of Proclaim case management system

-Ensuring that settled files are processed promptly and file closures are kept up to date

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Litigation role.
