• Managing your own caseload of litigated fast track RTA claims from instruction to resolution, whether by settlement or trial
• Handling liability disputes and providing expert advice throughout the litigation process
• Delivering exceptional service to insurer clients, maintaining the firm’s high standards
• Collaborating closely with experienced solicitors and fee earners within a dynamic team

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing fast track RTA litigation claims
• Strong knowledge of the litigation process and Civil Procedure Rules
• Familiarity with the OIC portal is essential, with a clear working knowledge even if not used daily
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
