• Complete roofing repairs and maintenance packages to homes as required, demonstrating full competence in all aspects of roofing including pitched and flat roofing systems, lead valleys, flashings, box gutters, and three-layer felt systems.
• Travel to various locations as part of the role, with a company van and fuel card provided for business use.
• Use mobile technology such as an iPhone and iPad to record and report on work status and conditions.
• Work within defined processes with a moderate degree of supervision to meet timeframes set by the line manager.
• Assist other trades as required and undertake general building repairs and other trade activities to ensure satisfactory repairs.
• Liaise with internal and external customers to keep them informed of progress and actions taken.

• Minimum of NVQ level 2 in Roofing or a minimum of 5 years trade experience.
• Experience of working in occupied premises and demonstrating good customer service skills.
• Ability to use mobile technology such as iPad or PDA.
• Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year driving experience.
• This role is subject to a satisfactory licence check, essential qualifications check and a basic disclosure.
