If you’re the kind of person who makes things run smoothly — the calm, capable presence who can handle a busy day of customer requests, building checks, and last-minute event setups without breaking a sweat, this ones for you!It's a chance to join a forward-thinking flexible workspace provider that’s redefining the way businesses work and grow.What you’ll do As the Roaming Operations Centre Assistant, you’ll be the heart of a vibrant workspace community working across multiple sites across London, mainly 5 across Central London, with the flexibility to work across other sites in London for sickness and annual leave cover as and when required.Each day will bring something different, from welcoming new customers and preparing meeting rooms, organising community office events, to ensuring the centre runs safely and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to keep the operation compliant, professional, and buzzing with energy.A typical day in the role:
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for customers, clients, and visitors
  • Support smooth move-ins, meetings, and day-to-day operations
  • Handle queries quickly and professionally, resolving most issues on the spot
  • Maintain top-tier presentation standards across all shared spaces
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services and add value to our customers
  • Keep safety, compliance, and documentation up to date
  • Liaise with contractors and ensure health & safety standards are met
What you bring My client is looking for someone who’s organised, personable, and thrives on keeping people happy and things running right.You’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, coworking, property, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Confidence juggling multiple priorities with professionalism
  • A team mindset — you know collaboration gets things done faster and better
