Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

• Origination of new Real Estate business opportunities.
• Write and prepare credit reports.
• Develop & maintain relationships with key introducers and relevant external market contacts.
• Work alongside senior management.
• Proven deal Origination & Execution experience.

Credit Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Deal management support and client liaison in the NPL space
• Evaluate business proposals focused on Real Estate transactions creating in-depth credit reports to guide decision-making.
• Independently perform risk management functions for distressed loans.
• Structured finance knowledge specifically from a Property Finance background. 
• Undertake a range of credit related projects an tasks as required.
