Are you passionate about managing technology and change risk in fast-paced environments? We're looking for a Technology Risk and Change Risk Specialist to join a growing team at the forefront of innovation in financial services.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be a key player in overseeing tech and change risk across a complex global organisation. Collaborating with stakeholders across Technology, Operations, and Risk functions, you'll help shape how change is delivered and ensure risks are effectively managed. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence technology governance and risk frameworks at enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and challenge technology and change initiatives across the organisation
• Support enterprise-wide technology risk management and policy implementation
• Monitor key risk indicators, issues, and incidents across critical programmes
• Engage in regulatory initiatives, audits, and board reporting
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed a strong risk culture

What We're Looking For:

• Solid understanding of operational and enterprise risk within financial services
• Experience with risk & control self-assessments (RCSAs), KRIs, incidents, and change assurance
• Familiarity with key tech and change risk themes, from cyber to cloud to third-party risk
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks (eg, PRA/FCA)
• Exposure to large-scale transformation or digital programmes
• Familiarity with risk tools like Archer or similar
