Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Lead RFP team across UK and US operations, delivering timely and high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and surveys covering the firm's investment capabilities
  • Oversee team development and response delivery for institutional clients, platform distributors and wholesale clients across various investment strategies
  • Work with investment managers and boutique teams to build and maintain comprehensive RFP databases, ensuring current data and market intelligence
  • Partner with functional teams to develop database of high-quality answers that are regularly reviewed and validated by subject matter experts
  • Create strategy for RFP data management, integrating with broader corporate data initiatives to maximise accuracy and efficiency
  • Drive growth of institutional and wholesale sales by collaborating closely with stakeholders and developing institutional-grade content
  • Deliver technical expertise demonstrating understanding of client decision-making, non-investment requirements, and strategic objectives
  • Oversee team workflow and quarterly production of marketing materials including AUM data, organisation charts, headcount summaries and employee profiles
  • Lead operational and transformation projects through cross-functional collaboration to deliver client-focused improvements
  • Advance use of automation tools and AI technology to enhance efficiency and streamline processes
Requirements:
  • Experience managing RFP teams and operations within asset management or institutional investment firms
  • Understanding of institutional client channels, platform relationships, and distributor networks
  • Background in RFP database management and content creation across investment capabilities
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for institutional documentation
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesise information from multiple sources for executive reporting
  • People management experience with track record of creating positive team culture and delivering results
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, skilled at explaining complex topics to diverse audiences
  • Experience with automation technologies and process improvement initiatives
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and high ethical standards
  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of competitive market dynamics
  • Collaborative approach with ability to balance different perspectives and promote unified objectives
