We are seeking an experienced Revit Technician who can bring their skills & expertise to our multi-disciplinary Design & Build client based in Chichester.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed Revit drawings in coordination with project managers and engineers.
- Modify and revise designs as necessary, ensuring compliance with UK standards.
- Utilise software such as Revit, and other design software for Construction.
- Deliver Revit models coordinated and clash free inline with scope and RIBA stage.
- Communicate effectively with other departments, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Work with Graduates & other Design team members in best practices and technical skills sharing.
- Remain up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in Revit or CAD Design, specifically in the Building and Infrastructure sector
- Proficiency in Revit MEP or familiarity with other design software (Such as AutoCAD or MicroStation) will be a plus.
- Knowledge of UK building regulations.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- An analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Qualifications such as HNC, HND or BSc degree in Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience would be an advantage but not essential.
