Revit MEP Coordinator - Blueprint Recruitment Solutions : Job Details

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join a Building Services company, in a permanent position.

The successful candidate will attend the London office on a hybrid basis, whilst working on large scale data centre projects with an experienced team.

-Competitive salary ranging from £50,000-£60,000 (depending on experience.

-Hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Create and manage coordinated Revit MEP models for mechanical and electrical systems.

-Work closely with consultants, architects, and site teams to ensure design accuracy.

-Produce 3D models, clash detection reports, and drawings for project use.

-Update models based on design changes and client feedback.

-Support the production of construction documents and as-built models.

What we are looking for:

-Experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator in building services.

-Skilled in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

-Good understanding of M&E building systems.

-Familiar with BIM processes and coordination standards.

-Confident in clash detection and producing coordinated outputs.

-Strong communication skills.

-Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
