  • Location: Gloucester (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)
  • Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)

This position is perfect for individuals looking to advance their career either straight out of University or with some prior finance experience but not wanting to follow the traditional accountancy route.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Support the execution of revenue growth strategies.
  • Assist in analysing pricing, promotions, and trade spend to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help review trade terms and promotional effectiveness to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support planning and forecasting.
  • Contribute to the annual budget and S&OP cycle.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A curious mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
