Revenue Controller - Up to £49K! - Ryder Reid Legal Ltd : Job Details

Ryder Reid Legal are looking to recruit an eager and professional Revenue Controller to join one of our leading, global law firm clients at their London office on a permanent, hybrid working basis. The firm have an international presence with offices across the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East and specialise within litigation and complex transactions, particularly within the financial services industry, but across many other sectors too. The ideal candidate for the position would have between one and three years' experience as a Revenue Controller, preferably with law firm or professional services experience.

The duties of the position include:

• Dealing with Partners & Associates monthly to discuss Work in Process and Accounts Receivable.
• WIP Management including time transfers and write offs.
• Prepare monthly billing forecasts.
• Providing detailed analysis monthly.
• Monthly and Quarterly reporting as required.
• Be a part of and encourage a high standard of billing & compliance culture.
• Display proactivity in WIP and AR management.
• Preparation of collection schedules.
• Ensure the Revenue Management system is fully updates.
• Ad hoc duties as and when required.

The hours of the Revenue Controller position will be 9:30am to 5:30pm. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency is required, along with experience using Aderent.
