A profitable Advertising Agency is recruiting for a Revenue Accountant to provide commercial support to the business and work with their client teams to ensure the smooth running of the finances across their clients i.e. revenue forecasting and recognition, job management throughout the lifecycle of the job including WIP reconciliation, billing and accrued income management, support to Client Services on job related matters, SOW reviews and recoverability /profitability analysis and reviews.

• Holding monthly meetings with Client teams to review job revenue recognition

• Revenue posting in a job costing system, reconciliation of revenue trackers with actuals

• Assist client teams with maintaining and updating the forecast sheets which feed into the bi-monthly forecast submission to the Group

• Reviewing accrued income on jobs following month end and implementing necessary actions to clear these down before the next month end

• WIP & Job management

• Client Profitability and Recoverability Reporting

• Assist agency FC and FD with rate card setting, pitch pricing and cost proposals

• Assist with revenue aspects of the annual external audit
