My client, a Top-tier law firm are looking for a talented Restructuring Associate with at least three years’ post-qualification experience to join their growing team in London. Restructuring - Insolvency - 3+ years PQE - London - Salary up to £130,000This role offers exposure to high-value and often high-profile restructuring and insolvency work, both in the UK and internationally.What You’ll Do
  • Advise insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, funds, company directors and other stakeholders on contentious restructuring and insolvency matters.
  • Handle claims arising from insolvency, including antecedent transactions, asset recovery and cross-border disputes.
  • Work on complex restructuring projects, often involving multiple jurisdictions.
  • Build lasting client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
  • Get involved in business development and pitching opportunities.
The restructuring practice is nationally recognised for its work on complex restructurings and insolvency litigation, and are frequently engaged on time-critical matters that require innovative, commercial solutions. What We’re Looking For
  • A qualified lawyer with 3+ years’ PQE in restructuring/insolvency, ideally with contentious experience.
  • Experience gained at a leading City, national, or strong regional firm.
  • Strong technical ability with a practical, commercial mindset.
  • A team player with great communication skills and a client-first approach.
  • An excellent academic background and sound organisational skills.
