Restructuring & Insolvency Associate | 3 years’ PQE

We are looking to recruit an ambitious Associate with 3–5 years’ PQE to join a leading Finance practice, with a focus on Restructuring & Insolvency.

About the Firm:

This is a highly regarded London-based law firm with a strong reputation in the market. The practice combines technical excellence with a collaborative and supportive culture, enabling lawyers to thrive in an environment that values both professional development and work-life balance.

The firm is recognised for its high-quality work across the finance spectrum and provides Associates with opportunities to work closely with senior lawyers on complex, often cross-border matters.

The Opportunity:

The Candidate:

We are seeking someone who can demonstrate:

  • Strong academic record and solid experience gained at a well-regarded practice.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters across a range of sectors and asset classes.
  • Ambition, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering technical excellence.
  • A team-focused mindset, willing to collaborate and support colleagues when required.

This is a rare opportunity to join a tier-one Restructuring & Insolvency team within a highly respected finance practice. The role offers excellent client exposure, a steep learning curve, and a platform to accelerate your career in a supportive environment.
