Your Role: As an accomplished, forward-thinking Restaurant, Bar & Lounge Manager, you’ll take the helm of our fast-paced F&B front-of-house team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing:

1. The Dining Room: Where the art of open wood-fire cooking comes alive.

2. Cocktail Bar: A haven for mixology enthusiasts.

3. The Drawing Room: A relaxed space celebrating the best local ingredients.
