Reed Hospitality are working very closely with a hospitality business in Coventry, who are looking to appoint a Restaurant Manager. Our client prides themselves on the level of service they provide, the fantastic quality of food and personable service they have to offer.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant and will offer an exceptional level of service to meet customers expectations. It is vital that the communication between the main restaurant and kitchen is effective, and it would be your responsibility as the Restaurant Manager to ensure that this happens. The ideal candidate would be confident, motivated and can influence a team to ensure the delivery of excellent service every time.

Please bare in mind that this is a Front of House position.

Your job would involve:

• Staff management
• Operations oversight
• Customer service
• Reporting and deputizing

This is a full-time and permanent role, paying between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience. You would be working 8 hour shifts including weekend and evening work.
