Resourcing Manager - Reed Talent Solutions : Job Details

This is an exciting opportunity to join the People Group (HR) in UKHSA as we embark on enabling the new organisation to the next stage of its development.

This role sits within the UKHSA Resourcing Team and gives you the opportunity to work with colleagues across the wider UKHSA. Working with a highly motivated and passionate team, this role has the responsibility for delivering a high quality, customer focused recruitment service with a focus on delegated grade recruitment. Reporting to the team’s Resourcing Lead, you will manage the relationships with vacancy holders for all their recruitment needs.

You will be in charge of the operational activity of the end-to-end recruitment process within UKHSA and will need to partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional service. You will lead on quality checking and support on driving forward service improvements to ensure the best possible customer experience as well as overall compliance with the Civil Service Recruitment Principles. You will be responsible for a small team of Resourcing officers and will support and guide them whilst working within the wider team.

• Experience of running end-to-end recruitment campaigns, using a variety of resourcing routes and methods.
• Evidence of understanding and implementing continuous improvements initiatives.
• Evidence of being a strong leader, with experience of supporting team members to achieve objectives.
• Ability to build and maintain a network across a wide range of stakeholders including senior leaders; building strong interpersonal relationships to achieve a shared objective.
• Proven track record of working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
