Job Description :

We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Coordinator to support the People Administration function with the administration and post offer documentation and checks in line with RBL’s policy and best practice guidelines, could have a real impact on people’s lives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Completing all post offer documentation for candidates that have been offered a job at RBL. This includes completing and issuing letters of employment, contracts of employment, start date and addendum letters, reference checks and medical referrals.
  • Administering and checking DBS/PVG records ensuring relevant referrals and compliance where required.
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to all involved in the recruitment process.
  • Ensuring full right to work compliance for new starters and compliance with any regulatory requirements and professional bodies.
  • Collating and recording all documentation relating to new RBL, NMA and Poppyscotland starters.
  • Accurately completing and updating system with new starter administration including the requested employee information, salary, and job information.
  • Providing full administrative support service for all activities relating to the hiring and tracking non-payroll workers at RBL. To include accurately maintaining and updating our iTrent system, activity trackers, systems processes and relevant documents.

You will be contracted to our Head Office which is located at Haig House, 199 Borough High Street, London SE1 1AA. Under our Future Working framework, there will be some flexibility for working remotely/at home, using our collaboration tools to work with colleagues, but with a minimum expectation of two days/week connecting directly face-to-face with colleagues at the hub.
