We are loking for a talented Resource Manager to join our team.

Job Purpose

The Resource Manager is responsible for allocating and managing design resources to meet project deadlines. The role involves forecasting resource needs, balancing workloads across project teams and collaborating with project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects while maintaining employee satisfaction and productivity.

Key Accountabilities:

This position requires a proactive and detail orientated professional with excellent communication and leadership skills:

  • Forecast, plan and allocate resources across multiple projects based on skillset, availability and project timelines.
  • Monitor and track resource available using online software.
  • Report to senior leaders resource trends and actuals
  • Analyse current and future project needs to identify any gaps
  • Work closely with project leads and line managers to align project resource with business needs
  • Assist with provide training needs and career paths based on project demands
  • Resolve resource allocation conflict or competing project needs
  • Report, develop and refine resource management processes, tools and templates to enhance efficiency

Person Specification:

Essential

  • Experience working with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to negotiate resource availability confidently
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Team player with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels

Desirable

  • 3-5 years’ experience in resource management
  • A background in managing or contributing to resource management systems

Salary : 40000 - 40000
