Resource Consultant required - Quantum Scholars

(College leaver or recent administrative experience)

The role of Resource Consultant will primarily be to recruit teachers for permanent placements from within the UK and some specific overseas countries. There will also be a compliance aspect to the role that will involve gaining references and police checks for candidates. The role will involve regular advertisement writing, marketing and social media campaigns. You will also be required to support the regional sales manager in liaising with schools when required. A large part of your role will be interviewing prospective teachers online. Full training and support will be given for this.

We are looking to recruit someone who has a dynamic and flexible approach to work. Ideally you will have recent experience in administrative or sales work within a similar field, you must be able to demonstrate a consistent work history. Alternatively someone who has recently completed an apprenticeship or college leaver would be considered. A proactive and creative thinker is required for the role. Although this position will be based in an office, we are a small team who are sometimes remotely based so the ability to work and be motivated independently from time to time is crucial. There would be an element of mainland travel on occasions as well as the possibility of international travel in the future. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good level of IT proficiency. An understanding of social media and networking skills would be advantageous.

The role is based in Cowes, Isle of Wight at our office in Northwood House on a 40 hour per week contract.
