Key Responsibilities

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will handle a varied caseload including:

• Freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages, transfers of equity and equity release
• Lease extensions, shared ownership and tenancy agreements
• Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders and clients throughout the transaction
• Delivering clear, practical legal advice to individuals, families and property investors

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
• At least 6 months’ experience in residential property law
• Able to run a conveyancing caseload independently
• Detail-oriented, organised and proactive in client communication
• Open to applications from candidates in Cornwall or those considering relocation to the South West
