Residential Property Solicitor – Romford | £45,000+ | Flexible Working + Profit Share

We’re working with a long-established, well-regarded law firm in the Havering area that’s looking to welcome an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to its growing team.

The role: You’ll manage a varied residential property caseload including:

• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Lease extensions
• Transfers of equity
• Client relationship management

About you:

• 4+ years PQE in residential property
• Able to work independently and confidently
• Commercial property experience is a plus
• Knowledge of LEAP is an advantage
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Ideally based within 20 miles of Romford
