Residential Property Solicitor – 4+PQEFull Time | PermanentAltrinchamAre you a Residential Property Solicitor, keen to develop your career further and gain exposure to high-value, complex Property matters?Our client, a leading Top200 Law Firm, is looking to welcome a seasoned Residential Property Solicitor into its Altrincham office.The firm, who has an excellent reputation across the industry for its exceptional legal expertise and client commitment, is renowned for its commitment to excellence.  Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for your own diverse caseload of mixed complexity Residential Property matters, from inception through to conclusion
• You will collaborate with the wider firm in property matters arising from Private Client/ Family/ Insolvency etc
• You will collaborate with the wider Property team on complex, high-value matters
• You will assist in mentoring and supervising Junior Fee Earners

Requirements:

• You will be a Qualified Solicitor with at least 4+PQE
• You will have a strong background within Residential Property, with proven experience of managing your own diverse caseload
• You will have experience in mentoring and supervising Junior Fee Earners
• You will have strong billing history, with experience and willingness to conduct your own BD
