Residential & Rural Property Solicitor or Legal Executive NQ-2 yrs Exeter 

• Rural property experience not needed – full training given 
• Hybrid working 
• Finish at 5pm – and get time back in lieu if work beyond this!
• Excellent starting salary

What will you do?

• Act for clients in a broad range of property work including buying, selling and mortgaging all manner of rural property
• This will include manor houses, farms and woodlands, holiday letting businesses and nature reserves
• You will also retain some residential conveyancing of higher value properties 
• Deal with overage and promotion agreements, easements and sporting rights

What will you need? 

• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive 
• This role can be offered from NQ+  
• Trainee solicitors with a background from either residential property or commercial property are welcome to apply
