Role Overview
As a Senior Associate in the Residential Property team, you will handle a broad spectrum of residential property matters, including:?
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- New build transactions and shared ownership schemes
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement matters
- Advising clients on property-related legal issues?
You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives.?
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Supervise and support junior solicitors and paralegals within the team
- Contribute to the firm's business development and marketing activities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property law and practice?
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Conveyancing Fee Earner +with at least 3 years' experience in residential property law
- Proven track record of managing complex property transactions
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in supervising junior staff
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development?
