This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and client-focused individual to manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters within a professional and collaborative environment.The Role:The successful candidate will take ownership of a varied residential property caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Lease extensions
• New build transactions

Strong administrative and technical support is available, along with access to modern case management systems and a firm-wide commitment to high standards of client care.Candidate Profile:

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing files from instruction through to post-completion
• Strong knowledge of property law and transactional processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
