A leading Legal 500 Thames Valley law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer (2+ years PQE) to join its busy, well-respected Residential Property team in Reading.

The Role:

You will handle your own varied caseload with full support from a friendly and collaborative team. Matters will include:

• Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases
• Transfers of Equity and Assents
• Re-mortgages
• New Build Plot Purchases
• Adverse Possession and First Registrations
• Shared Ownership Transactions
• Listed Buildings and Leasehold Properties

This is a great opportunity for a motivated Conveyancer to work on a diverse range of property transactions for a high-quality client base in Reading and the wider Thames Valley area.

? What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ PQE in Residential Property Conveyancing
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Good organisation, attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Experience working within a busy private practice law firm
• Knowledge of the Reading property market (desirable but not essential)
