Preferred Requirements:

• Possess 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

• Qualified as a Solicitor or CILEX (Chartered Legal Executive)
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services in a residential property setting
