Residential Property Solicitor - G2 Legal Limited : Job Details

A dynamic and well-established law firm recognised throughout the Home Counties and Thames Valley as a leading provider of high quality legal services is seeking a residential conveyancing solicitor for its team. The firm is a high performing Legal 200 firm with multiple offices and is able to offer excellent career progression.

The firm is looking to recruit a conveyancing solicitor with a broad base of experience across the residential property sector to join its Beaconsfield office. Your duties will cover a wide spectrum of residential property related tasks and include:

• Able to work in a fast paced residential property team; be able to work to tight deadlines
• Be well versed in the intricacies of a transaction and be confident to take matters forward using initiative
• Excellent client-handling skills are a pre-requisite
• Customer care and the ability to build long lasting relationships is key to this position, and previous business development experience is key
• Experience in working with high net worth (HNW) clients would be beneficial, although the partner is happy to support and train the successful candidate in this area

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate would be a solicitor in the 2-4 years’ PQE (indicative) range, with outstanding customer care and interpersonal skills. You should be confident in your ability to work in a busy team, while looking for opportunities to develop long term relationships with estate agents and other customers. A background in residential property is key. More importantly, we're looking for adaptable, team player with a genuine interest in residential property and conveyancing.
