Residential Property Solicitor  

This Legal 100 firm is keen to hire an experienced residential property solicitor to join the growing team in its London office.

In this role you will be part of a team acting for an array of clients including HNW individuals, developers, investors overseas buyers and corporate clients.  

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Running a caseload of residential property transactions 
• Leasehold & Freehold sales & purchase
• New build transactions
• High value properties

This exciting role would suit you if you're a qualified Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Legal Executive, at least 2 pqe running a caseload of residential property transactions. You are likely to have come from a leading London firm or a noted regional practice and be confident in dealing with all types of clients and transaction, including high value properties, developers, overseas and corporate clients.
