T* Advise on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, new builds, shared ownership, leasehold, and listed properties.* Manage client matters from instruction through to exchange, completion, and post-completion registration.* Provide proactive, commercial legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.* Support and mentor other team members as required.* Contribute to business development and local market initiatives.* Keep up to date with developments in residential property law.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:* 8+ years PQE in residential property law.* Strong presence and professional network in the local area.* Excellent technical knowledge, drafting skills, and commercial awareness.* Collaborative, proactive, and organised, with attention to detail.
