The FirmOur client, a Top Tier Legal 500 law firm based in Holborn are seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join their busy team.

The OpportunityThe successful Residential Property Paralegal will provide support to the Partners and have experience within Residential Property. Duties to include:

• Opening new client files
• Ensuring AML compliance
• Managing completion and post completion duties
• Drafting financial statements and invoices
• Archiving files
• Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms

This Residential Property Paralegal opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm.

Required experience

• Experience working within a busy Residential Property team in a law firm(essential)
