Experience | 6-12 months previous experience in a similar role

Based | Southwater

Offer | £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Residential Property Paralegal to join a fantastic firm based just outside of Horsham.

This role is pivotal in supporting our fee earners and ensuring the efficient progression of residential property transactions, all while maintaining our commitment to outstanding client care and best practice.

Typical duties would include:

• Assist on residential property transactions.
• Prepare all necessary documents and correspondence.
• Facilitate contract exchanges and financial tasks.
• Act as a primary client and third-party contact.

The successful candidate:

• Has 12+ months' paralegal experience ideally within property
• Is proficient in MS Office.
• Possesses excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Works well in a team and independently.
• Exhibits exceptional communication and client care.
