Residential Property Legal Secretary - Tunbridge Wells Step into a role where your conveyancing expertise truly shines An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Legal Secretary to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Tunbridge Wells. This is the perfect next step for someone who thrives in a supportive environment, values teamwork, and enjoys being at the heart of property transactions from start to finish. About the roleThe successful candidate will play a key role in supporting fee earners within the Residential Property team. You'll handle everything from audio dictation, document preparation, and managing correspondence, to liaising directly with clients and third parties. You'll also assist with searches, file management, scanning, emails, and telephone queries—ensuring every client receives an efficient and personable service. What we are looking forTo excel in this role, you'll need to be experienced in conveyancing, with a clear understanding of the process from instruction to completion.You'll be organised, proactive, and demonstrate a strong "can-do" attitude. Ideally, you'll hold a CILEX qualification or LPC background, and you'll be confident handling dictation and working within a busy, fast-paced team. Above all, you'll bring a friendly, professional approach and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting clients and colleagues alike. What's in it for you
