Our client, a prominent multi-office law firm in Cornwall, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled property lawyer to contribute to the firm's success while enjoying a friendly and inclusive work environment.

As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in handling various aspects of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring smooth and efficient completion of transactions for the firm's clients.

• Manage diverse caseload of residential property transactions
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide expert advice
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
• Undertake due diligence and title investigations
• Oversee entire conveyancing process from start to finish
• Stay updated with changes in property laws and regulations

• Minimum 5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong knowledge of property law, regulations, and procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in legal case management software and tools
