Head of Residential Property Department – Leadership Role – London/Hybrid – £70k plus Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career?We are working with a highly regarded law firm seeking a Head of Residential Property to lead and grow their established team. This is a standout opportunity for a senior solicitor or partner-level individual who enjoys both strategic oversight and hands-on fee-earning.The Role:As Head of Department, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading the residential property team, providing guidance, supervision, and mentorship
• Managing a high-quality caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, and high-value transactions
• Overseeing compliance, quality standards, and risk management within the department
• Driving business development, marketing, and client relationship strategies
• Working closely with partners and the wider leadership team on departmental growth

?? Requirements

• A minimum of 8+ years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing
• Proven leadership experience within a law firm environment
• Strong technical expertise across a range of property transactions
• Excellent client care and commercial awareness
• Track record of managing, developing, or mentoring a team
