Residential Property SolicitorLocation: HorleyHours: 9.00am – 5.15pm Salary: £DOEWe have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our clients well established Lexcel accredited firm. Our client is looking for a committed candidate to join their friendly, and approachable team!Duties and Responsibilities:

• To manage residential sales & purchases
• To handle remortgage transactions and equity release transactions
• To check titles of freehold and leasehold properties
• To deal with the transfer of equity and matrimonial transfer
• To develop client contacts in the local area
• To cross refer clients to other departments where appropriate.

• Knowledge of the local area
• Experience of handling residential property caseloads
• Proven experience of business development
• Working within agreed deadlines
• Accuracy, efficiency, and presentation of work
• Team working
• Self-motivated and able to use own initiative.
• Providing highest standards of client service
• Discretion, tact and ensuring the confidentiality of client and firm affairs.
• Efficient and well organised 
• Ability to maintain calm under pressure.
• Adhere to CQS protocol.
