Residential Property Conveyancer – Henley-on-Thames

Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive

A well-established and forward-thinking private practice law firm in Henley-on-Thames is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join its busy and reputable Property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or part/full qualified Legal Executive with 2+ years’ fee-earning experience to handle a broad residential caseload and grow within a supportive, progressive firm.

The Role:

You will independently manage a varied and busy residential property caseload including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and refinancing
• Equity release mortgages
• Transfers of equity and ownership
• Leasehold enfranchisement, extensions and right to manage
• Residential landlord disputes
• Title investigation and property advice including rights-of-way and restrictive covenants

Previous leasehold experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

? What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential conveyancing experience
• Ability to manage a caseload independently from instruction to post-completion
• Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills
• A can-do, proactive approach and strong commercial awareness
• Experience with case management systems (CMS) and digital conveyancing tools
