We are seeking a Resident Services Leasing Associate to join a dynamic front of house team. This pivotal role ensures residents receive excellent service, properties are efficiently managed, and the lettings process runs smoothly.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service to residents.
Conduct property viewings and support prospective tenants throughout their journey.
Work closely with the Lettings Manager to ensure homes are ready for letting.
Manage inbound enquiries using CRM systems and keep prospective residents engaged.
Process Right to Rent checks and references.
Handle amenity space bookings, parcel and key management, and visitor reception.
Resolve resident queries and complaints effectively.
Assist in managing tenancy, income, and voids.
Prepare handover documentation and support the wider operations team.
Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, travel, or tourism.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Awareness of health & safety requirements.
Ability to work towards and achieve targets.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications in property or customer service are desirable.
Experience working at events would be an advantage.
