Residential Development Partner

A highly respected national, Legal 500 law firm is looking to appoint a Residential Development Partner to join its well-established real estate group in either Leeds or Manchester. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership position within a nationally recognised team, with the platform, resources and support to help you grow your practice.

The opportunity:

• Join a top-tier real estate group with exceptional depth in the residential development market
• Work with leading clients including national housebuilders, regional developers, landowners, registered providers and strategic land promoters
• Advise on major development and regeneration schemes, site acquisitions and disposals and strategic land projects
• Play an integral role in shaping the team’s future in the North with real investment behind you

The role:

• Take a lead role in a high-performing residential development team with full access to national support functions
• Contribute to business development, client growth and team leadership across the Leeds or Manchester office
• Collaborate with colleagues across planning, construction, banking and tax for a genuinely full-service offering
• Step into a team with an active client base while also being encouraged to grow and develop your own contacts

• An experienced residential development solicitor with strong technical expertise and excellent client-handling skills
• A following is desirable but not essential; what matters is your ability to win work, build relationships and lead from the front
