• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completion
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer documents, and related legal paperwork
• Conducting searches, reviewing titles, and liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
• Ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
• Delivering clear, high-quality legal advice to a varied client base

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong experience handling a broad range of conveyancing transactions independently
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
• Confident communication skills with a genuine focus on client care
• A proactive, positive and results-driven approach
