Residential Conveyancer - Full-TimeLocation: ChesterSalary: Competitive DOEHours: Full-Time (Hybrid flexibility available)I'm currently working in partnership with SAS Daniels, a well-established and highly respected regional law firm, as they look to expand their Residential Property team at their Chester office.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer-whether a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer-to join a collaborative team in a firm that truly values work-life balance and personal development. The Chester office offers a friendly, open environment, and the firm supports hybrid working to suit individual needs.The Role:You'll manage your own end-to-end residential conveyancing caseload, supporting clients through a wide range of property transactions while maintaining excellent client care and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a full caseload of residential property matters, including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• Shared ownership and new build transactions
• Managing files from initial instruction through to post-completion
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently
• Ensuring all work complies with regulatory and internal quality standards
• Supporting junior team members where appropriate

Requirements:

• Previous experience handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (or qualified by experience)
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
