Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive – Clifton, Bristol

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor, chartered legal executive or licensed conveyancer to join an established, friendly local law firm’s award-winning conveyancing team. 

The conveyancing team advises on a wide range of matters from first-time purchases to high-value and portfolio transactions.

Experience Required

• Solicitor, FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with 2-5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Experienced in handling a full caseload of residential property matters, including:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Equity release
  • Right to buy
• Able to manage relationships throughout the conveyancing chain
• Enthusiastic about working collaboratively and representing the firm professionally

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from initial enquiry to post-completion
• Deliver a high-quality service in line with the Conveyancing Quality Scheme
• Receive support from a conveyancing assistant
• Work closely with other team members and provide support to junior colleagues where appropriate
