Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Location: Near Wimbledon

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing (ideally at a high street firm)

Type: Full-time, Office-based (Potential for 1–2 remote days after probation)

The firm is a welcoming, long-standing practice with an excellent local reputation, and they are currently looking for a confident, capable solicitor to join the close-knit conveyancing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys handling a varied caseload of residential property matters and providing a high level of personal service to clients.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
• A background working at a high street firm
• Strong client care skills and the ability to manage your own caseload from start to finish
• A team-player mindset with excellent attention to detail

• Competitive salary: £45,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
• 20 days holiday per year plus closure between Christmas and New Year (rising to 25 days with long service)
