Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking a Solicitor (all levels of PQE considered) to join its Residential Conveyancing team in Edinburgh.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside recognised specialists and build a long-term, rewarding career in a firm known for its quality, technical strength and client-focused approach.

You will:

• Manage their own varied caseload, covering purchase, sale, re-mortgage, repossession, matrimonial conveyancing, discharges and title transfers
• Support the Partners in client relationship management
• Contribute to business development
• Provide mentorship within the team as required

This role will suit someone confident working independently in a fast-paced environment while producing high-quality, compliant legal work. You’ll also be a strong communicator, adept at managing client expectations and delivering excellent service.

Requirements:

• Experience in residential conveyancing
• Excellent attention to detail and technical knowledge
• Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure
• Sound understanding of compliance and risk
• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
