What You’ll Be Doing:
- Run a steady and well-supported residential conveyancing caseload (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity)
- Oversee and guide a small team of conveyancers, assistants and support staff
- Play a key role in enhancing the department’s client offering and local reputation
- Optionally get involved in firm-level decision-making and compliance leadership
What You’ll Need:
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in residential property law
- Demonstrable leadership qualities and team management experience (formal or informal)
- No requirement for a client following – the firm has a strong local client base and workflow already in place
