Our client are the 'go to' law firm in London and specialise in the full range of legal services with international reach and they're looking for an experience Residential Conveyancing Paralegal or a junior Conveyancer to join their established Residential Team. 

Supporting their top billing Solicitor you will be responsible for managing a busy case load of predominantly residential transactions with a heavy bias on Leasehold properties with minimal supervision. This role is ideal for individuals who have previous conveyancing experience and are looking to progress their career in a supportive and thriving environment. 

The successful candidate will have experience of handling most pre and post completion aspects of the conveyancing process, providing professional advice and support to clients in property transactions. Training will be given in the more senior aspects of the role. 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage a caseload of conveyancing transactions, ensuring all legal, technical and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Conduct property searches, draft and negotiate contracts, and liaise with all parties involved in property transactions.
  • Provide clear and professional advice to clients regarding the conveyancing process, ensuring they are informed at every stage.
  • Work closely with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth completion of transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 12 months experience in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively deal with clients and other professionals.
  • Proficiency in using legal and office software.

This is a hybrid role with core working hours of 09.30am - 17.30pm based in central London.
