Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer ready for your next career move? We’re working with a thriving and forward-thinking law firm to recruit a talented individual to join their expanding Residential Property team.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to join a busy and supportive Residential Property department. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from pre-exchange through to completion, while also playing an active part in mentoring junior members of the team.

You’ll work closely with an experienced leadership team and be encouraged to contribute ideas for growth and development within a dynamic, modern law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a busy and varied caseload of residential property transactions

• Provide advice on a full range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, plot sales, and developer actions

• Deliver clear, commercially sound legal advice to a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and national clients

• Maintain excellent standards of client care, ensuring a responsive and professional service at all times

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and a personal approach

• Provide support, guidance and technical knowledge to junior colleagues within the team

• Actively contribute to business development and networking initiatives, helping to promote the firm and its services

About You:

• A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer in England & Wales with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in residential property

• Confident handling a varied caseload independently, from instruction through to completion

• Excellent technical knowledge of residential property law and procedures

• Well organised, commercially aware, and customer-focused

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships

• Enthusiastic about business development, networking and contributing to the continued growth of the team
